Definitions of Terms
There are terms contained herein that are specific to TixStamp. In an effort to remain transparent, TixStamp will define those terms to assuage any ambiguity:
TixStamp is a business that currently operates from 15455 Ella Boulevard Suite #9, Houston, Texas 77090. Tixstamp may also be referred to as “us”, “we”, and “our” throughout this policy.
Hosts, as mentioned in this policy, refer specifically to a user or users who create and post events on TixStamp. This includes user or users who are acting on behalf of a third party. Guests are users who receive the event distribution through use of TixStamp. Unless specifically differentiated, hosts and guests may also be referred to as “you” or “yours”.
Function of Entity
Tixstamp operates the Tixstamp.com website, which provides users with the ability to create and distribute tickets for events that they are hosting either directly or as a third party. Tickets may be given for free or purchased depending upon the setup chosen by the host of the particular event.
Collection of your Personal Information
In order to better provide you with products and services offered on our Site, TixStamp may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:
- First and Last Name
- Mailing Address
- E-mail Address
- Phone Number
If you purchase TixStamp's products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.
Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through TixStamp's event listings, this information may be collected and used by others.
We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services available on the Site. These may include: (a) registering for an account on our Site; (b) sending us an email message; (c) creating an event; (d) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services on our site; (e) selecting where payments are to be disbursed. To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us. We also may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.
Use of your Personal Information
TixStamp collects and uses your personal information to operate its website(s) and deliver the services you have requested.
TixStamp may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from TixStamp and its affiliates.
Sharing Information with Third Parties
TixStamp does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.
TixStamp may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. Use of Log Data

TixStamp may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within TixStamp, in order to determine what TixStamp services are the most popular. Disconnecting your TixStamp Account from Third Party Websites
You will be able to connect your TixStamp account to third party accounts. BY CONNECTING YOUR TIXSTAMP ACCOUNT TO YOUR THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE CONSENTING TO THE CONTINUOUS RELEASE OF INFORMATION ABOUT YOU TO OTHERS (IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR PRIVACY SETTINGS ON THOSE THIRD-PARTY SITES). IF YOU DO NOT WANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOU, INCLUDING PERSONALLY IDENTIFYING INFORMATION, TO BE SHARED IN THIS MANNER, DO NOT USE THIS FEATURE. You may disconnect your account from a third-party account at any time. Users may learn how to disconnect their accounts from third-party websites by visiting their "My Account" page. We may store your data on servers provided by third party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted.
