TixStamp Privacy Policy

 

Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to TixStamp.com and TixStamp and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to TixStamp include TixStamp.com. The TixStamp website is an Ecommerce site. Hosts, as mentioned in this policy, refer specifically to a user or users who create and post events on TixStamp. This includes user or users who are acting on behalf of a third party. Guests are users who receive the event distribution through use of TixStamp. Unless specifically differentiated, hosts and guests may also be referred to as “you” or “yours”.

 

Function of Entity

Tixstamp operates the Tixstamp.com website, which provides users with the ability to create and distribute tickets for events that they are hosting either directly or as a third party. Tickets may be given for free or purchased depending upon the setup chosen by the host of the particular event. 

 

Collection of your Personal Information

In order to better provide you with products and services offered on our Site, TixStamp may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

If you purchase TixStamp's products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. TixStamp collects and uses your personal information to operate its website(s) and deliver the services you have requested.

  • Depending on your communication preferences, event hosts may send notifications regarding the specific event that you have subscribed to. The host is responsible for these types of messages.
  • Accumulated Personal Data – Personal data will be grouped with others in an effort to analyze data as a whole to improve application for our users.
  • If another reason arises that requires us to use data in a form not listed here, we will obtain consent from you prior to making use of such data.

 

Use of Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you visit our Service, we collect information that your browser sends to us that is called Log Data. This Log Data may include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, referring website addresses, pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.  This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the TixStamp website.

 

TixStamp may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within TixStamp, in order to determine what TixStamp services are the most popular.   • Hosts – Data that is entered to register for an event through the event page will be made available to the hosting entity. TixStamp is not responsible for the means in which this Personal Data is used by the event host and/or their third parties.
  • Electronic Third-Parties – The user has the ability to link their account to Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google. The collection, use, disclosure, transfer, and storage of information to increase functionality and user friendliness will be done in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
  • Electronic Transactions – Information will be transferred securely through our payment processor to validate mobile transactions. This is done for your security as well as ours.
  • Legal – Will provide data if required by law by subpoena, court order, or government agency to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

Storage of Data, Retention, and Manipulation

  • How long will TixStamp will store my information? Tixstamp will store and retain your data for as long as you use the services that we provide.
  • How you can access and change Personal Data? User information and data can easily be accessed through the “Account” page.
  • How do you unsubscribe? In the event that you choose to close your account, please be aware that files and data may continue to live on our servers and backup media past the time of your account closure.
